"Little disappointing "

Four guests, two with dietary requirements, explained on booking, greeted with dietary requirements on arrival, however when order taken chef needed to be consulted and took a long time, even though hotel did not seem busy with other guests. Not convinced both dietary requirements were met with high standards expected. Disappointed birthday guest not acknowledged.
