Expensive afternoon tea for the quality provided. Venue is lovely which makes the inadequate afternoon tea experience more disappointing. Food was not as good as expected and between some rude staff members and some staff members sadly not as good as you would expect really let the experience down and makes it a shame for those staff members who were pleasant and good at their jobs.
