"Dreadful Mothers Day Experience "

The afternoon tea was awful. The sandwiches were stale and had barely any discernible filling. The scones were the only reasonable item. Cakes were dry and far from fresh. One tea bag and grubby crockery. Service was poor. 50% reduction and a claim that we were the first guests to have ever complained. We left having eaten very little and went to another nearby hotel for tea and buns. Ruined the day.
