Beautiful hotel. Sublime surroundings. Fantastic food.
My advice. Ensure that your staff understand fully the importance of customer service.
A chap on reception who seemed to be the manager was LESS than courteous.
The staff however made up for this but when ordering more drinks or "attempting to " as well as paying no staff could be found. Attention to detail is everything and this should not be overlooked as customer service is what has long impacted The Talbot, in my opinion unnecessarily
