"Nice afternoon tea "

Booked an afternoon tea for 10 people and had a couple of special requirements that were accommodated. Spoke to a friendly member of staff prior to booking who confirmed our requests which was brilliant. On the day we waited over 30mins for the cups of tea and had to ask twice. When we wanted refills, which are free, there seemed to be some confusion with staff wanting to charge us. They forgot one drinks order and we had to ask twice again for a basic coffee. It just seemed like they were either short staffed or those staff working lacked experience. Food was delicious and venue is great. Just the service was a little lacking.
