"Long time for food to arrive"

We booked early in the evening (Thursday) so there's really no excuse to keep us waiting an hour, only 4 of us wanting mains, hardly anyone else in. We didn't bother with dessert. The food was reasonably good, especially the liver and bacon, fair size portions.
