"Good but the disabled access is not adequate"

Skip located in one disabled bay, all other disabled bays were full but the restaurant empty, and then when we tried to park in the closer space some young person for the gym took it.

Disabled parking should only be for people who need it and enforced. It’s not fair for people who really need closer access. This should be communicated to the gym members too. If they are using the gym maybe they don’t need to park right next to it and get some extra steps.
