"Feedback"

Unfortunately, our meal experience last night was not great. We waiting almost an hour for starters, one came out and was cold. It was returned but my guest didn’t want to wait again for a new dish. It was taken off the bills. 3 out of 4 main meals were lovely but another guest did not enjoy their meal at all. She ordered the plaice and said it was very oily. She didn’t think it was good quality fish either. It was mentioned to our waitress. We then ordered dessert and I was given the wrong one completely. I did send it back as I was really looking forward to what I ordered. We also waited a very long for drinks to come during the meal.
