The Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry

"All show! Not much customer service."

A booking for afternoon tea! Whilst the hotel decor is beautiful. The customer service was very poor.
A 10% charge added to our bill without consent for nothing! No one checked in with us, everytime we wished to have any food or drinks had to leave table and find someone! A total lack of warmth and hospitality. The Afternoon tea was average.
