"Disappointing "

We came here for dinner to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, something I had informed of when booking. The starters were really nice but when the mains came out, mine was burnt and hard, I had the pie of the day. My husband pointed it out and our waitress took it away to replace it. By the time another one arrived ( still hard, but less burnt than the first ) my husband had finished his. I had a go at eating it, but it wasn’t good, so left it. By this time I was so upset at us having to eat our anniversary meal separately that I’d lost my appetite. There was no attempt to reduce our bill, nor ask us how our meal was ( to be honest I think they knew it was bad, so didn’t want to ask ! ) needless to say, we would not recommend or ever return ourselves.
