The Wynnstay Hotel, Oswestry

"Friendly & delicious"

On a rare date we visited the Wynnstay restaurant. We shared the katsu chicken bites, which were very tasty and moist.
I had the pork belly kebab, it was so succulent and moist. The pork melted in my mouth, it was delicious. The satay sauce was very tasty but needed more. The flat bread was more of a naan and didn't really fit the dish. Overall 10/10. My partner had the fish and chips with mushy peas. The batter was crispy and tasty the fish was fresh and light and tasty. Chips were lovely and the peas were bit wetter than he normally likes.
Chloe our waitress was lovely, very friendly and is an asset to your team. She kindly put the aircon on when she noticed I was using my handheld fan. The other girls on the team were also great.
