"free tokens. What a con!!!"

We went for an anniversary meal and to use our 25% off food voucher and free dessert voucher but when we settled our bill using our gift card they said we couldn't use the vouchers and the gift card as they would lose too much money!!! If we had cash we could have used them. I did point out that the gift card for £60 was purchased at Christmas and has therefore been pre paid to them, so it is as good as cash!!! We ended up adding cash to our bill as well as our £60 gift card!!! This petty made up rule ruined our evening. I don't think we will be coming back!!!
