"Service went downhill after main"

In, ordered and finished main within an hour (table of 10) great with dietary requirements, and nice dinner.
However after main, the service deteriorated, had to ask to get menus to order dessert as got bored of waiting, which then took forever to arrive, missing a child’s ice cream that when arrived was wrong flavours and took forever to be changed resulting in everyone else having finished their puddings (would have gone cold) before the 3 year old got her ice cream.
Drinks very overpriced, over £4 for pint of cordial and lemonade!
