"Disappointed "

Having visited only two weeks ago with a friend, and having really enjoyed it, I arranged to meet some other friends for lunch - very disappointed. The menu was greatly reduced and the service was slow. No one came to check if our meals were ok, or take our plates away when we had finished. We were going to have a dessert and coffee but had waited so long we changed our minds. We were there an hour and a quarter for two small fish and two sandwiches (overpriced - I ordered prawn & lettuce and got the centre of the lettuce in my sandwich). A waitress did finally appear and apologise, she thought someone else was looking after us and explained the menu was being changed - maybe that should have been said to us when we sat down, and it should say on the website it’s a sample.
