The Kings Head Hotel, Richmond

"Good, but improvements could be made."

Lovely hotel, dog friendly, pleasant rooms. But so warm everywhere, disappointed with evening meal (although breakfast is great!), and the service has left quite a bit to be desired. The manager on each shift is great but other staff do seem lacking in service, and personality.
