"Poor quality "

Booked for Sunday lunch on 12th May 24 for 5 people. Service in the restaurant was slow and when the food arrived it was barely warm. Three in the group ordered beef which arrived very rare and inedible. The meals were substituted on request.
Overall we were very disappointed with the meal.
The serving staff were pleasant but let down by the food.
