"Great food but chaotic organisation"

Food lovely but evidence of poor management yet again. Staff not allocated properly to the restaurant. Had to chase to clear plates then chase dessert menu, then chase to order dessert. Several dessert items missing and staff didn’t know. Plus the bill overcharged us. At least two tables sent wrong food back. Not the first time.
