"Disappointed "

We came to the white horse restaurant for afternoon tea for Mother's Day and my mother's birthday, with my 3 year old daughter, when booking by phone I asked if the children's afternoon tea would be suitable for my 3 year old daughter and she advised me that it would be perfect for her but once at the restaurant the staff sat us down and left us for 15 minutes before they even offered us a drink and was not the most friendly of staff towards any of us, we then got our afternoon tea after another wait to see that the children's afternoon tea was not very child friendly the cakes were very rich and grown up and my child was not able to eat them and both of the adults and children's bread for the sandwiches where stale. We then walked out by total accident without paying for the child's afternoon tea (as I had already paid for the afternoon for 2 by phone ) and was made to feel like I was trying to get away without paying which was not my intention and was a total mistake we then had to wait 20 minutes as they couldn't find that I had already paid for the afternoon tea for 2 and yet again I was made to feel like I was trying to get away without paying whilst waiting there with my mother and my child I felt very embarrassed as this was meant to be a birthday and Mother's Day present and this was totally ruined
