"Delightful Afternoon Tea"

A friends’ catch up in the cosy and historic surroundings of the White Horse dining room. A proper afternoon tea was served, finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, dainty cakes, all on china plates. A choice of teas and coffee was available and two of our party upgraded to a glass of Prosecco to accompany. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Unlimited tea meant we could have ‘top up’s’ when we needed after all that catch-up chatter! Service was excellent-we were looked after and made very welcome even though the tea room and hotel were very busy. We never felt rushed and were able to pack up the little cakes we couldn’t quite manage to take with us. The Afternoon Tea was good value for a top quality experience.
