"Training needed for wait staff at dinner"

Our whole experience was wonderful bar the service we received at dinner. The waitress ( in training) was aloof verging on rude in both manner and demeanour, such a shame! I would still return to this hotel though as overall everyone else was welcoming and friendly. As we only stayed one night I did not feel it was necessary to mention this as I’m sure the trainee in question would learn the skills of the other staff members given time. Super hotel overall !
