"Great food - a bit slow on service"

We were a party of four adults and a 4 year old booked in for Sunday lunch. We’d been waiting for 40 minutes and no-one had been to take our order - which bearing in mind we had a child with us was too long. I ended up approaching the staff to ask if we could order the food. When it arrived however, it was excellent! Couldn’t fault the meal whatsoever. My only other criticism was the ladies’ loos - one out of order - and the smell was awful..
