The Rutland Arms Hotel, Bakewell

"Overall ok, but let down in certain areas."

Afternoon tea was a disappointment. Great staff, but food stale and dry, not freshly made. Room 102 was comfortable, but the bathroom was a let down - the sink was blocked and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was great, but the tea pot looked grubby because of the glaze. Would I visit again?, probably try another nearby place.
