"Not a good experience "

A bad experience. We had one child with us who we had booked a child's afternoon tea for. We were not given what was advertised. It was so poor
I ordered a cocktail when we first sat down which took 50 minutes to arrive. The scones were so hard almost inedible.
No one asked if we wanted a top up of tea
All in all not good.
