The Rutland Arms Hotel, Bakewell

"Delicious food, beautifully presented"

We ate in the bar, which was a pleasant, relaxed environment. The menu had a good range of pub standards and more broader dishes. I had salmon fishcakes, whole plaice and Bakewell pudding (of course) and they were all very tasty and presented beautifully with a nice selection of sauces and sides. It's not the cheapest but the quality is very food. Service was a little under pressure but they were attentive, quick and friendly when asked so I have no complaints.
