The Rutland Arms Hotel, Bakewell

"An excellent hotel with improvements needed."

Excellent food in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Waitresses always apologised for slow service which was appreciated. A member of staff should always be in attendance just outside of the restaurant to greet guests and confirm their reservations. Guests were left hanging around waiting for entry into the restaurant.
