"Afternoon tea "

Lovely setting and lovely afternoon tea.
But the customer service was not good at all.

No one came to ask if all OK which you would expect.
Had to ask a member of staff for a refill for our teas so had one refill and the childrens squash
As stated on the website squash comes in a teapot .no it just came in a glass although table was set out for the children with nice cups and saucers.which took some of the experience of an afternoon tea away from the children
To top it off we asked for a box for the scones as we was full only to be told we dont have any.
Eventually the lady gave us some bags.
