"Beyond expectations"

For such a historic and well-placed hotel, you'd be entitled to wonder if the staff might be a bit standoffish. Not a bit of it!
The gorgeous restaurant and stunning bar are staffed by incredibly helpful and friendly grown-ups. A rare treat in the Peaks. The manager is also happy to go above and beyond to make everything run perfectly. I still can't believe how well they accommodated our big group, with needs ranging from wheelchair access to fussy eaters. Bravo!
