"Disapointed"

I pre booked and paid for 2 children’s afternoon teas. Staff though lovely seemed unaware of the menu Two pots of tea were delivered I showed menu I had booked and a selection of food was brought none of which was on children’s menu. It seemed to consist of left overs was not child oriented and my granddaughters did not eat it. Apart from hot chocolate which they loved , there was no fruit no lollipops no doughnuts none of the treats they were looking forward to. Very disappointing
