"First visit, decidedly average, staff good but not enough of them, some good very poor, some good."

Clearly not enough staff. One person serving at the bar and taking food orders for the bar area. Souffle starter was dry, rubbery and lacking one of the listed ingredients. Not eaten and removed from the bill. Main courses were good although a long delay after the starter.
