"The local that we have been waiting 7 years for."

We had friends staying for the weekend and brought them in for dinner on Saturday 22nd June. We live a three minute stroll from the pub and have done for 7 years. Each time we have visited under the two previous owners we have been in a range from 'seriously disappointed' to 'not much better'.
The recent refurbishment has transformed the surroundings enormously and I would give Yuroslava, the lady who looked after us, five stars. What an excellent member of staff, sad to hear that she was covering from a sister establishment. You should promote her to become a trainer for other staff and so glad to give her the credit she deserves. Looking forward to continued improvement and visiting more often. The food was excellent and would finally recommend our local to others,
