"Different experience from our visit 2 days before"

Returned after visiting 2 nights previously Different staff Were asked our table number when we arrived !!? We had booked online
Not as organised even though there were more staff than our first visit Meal & drinks good The gentleman on our first visit should maybe show all staff how it’s done He made it look easy even though restaurant was busy on our first visit He gave service with a smile
Someone needs to lead the team
