"Poor service "

The food was very well presented and it was very good. The restaurant service was unacceptable. We had to ask three times for a jug of water. We received three out of our four coffees before our desserts. I asked three times for my flat white coffee, in the end I went to the bar myself, and brought it back to the table. In summary the duty manager was not in control of the session, and the front house team were not communicating with each other, in terms of service to the restaurant guests.i have already informed the manager about these comments. At present I am not inclined to visit the pub restaurant again.
