"Not The Review I Wanted To Write"

Have been visiting William IV for many years, most recently only 2 weeks ago for Sunday lunch, which was lovely. However, this visit for Saturday linch was a completely different experience. Firstly, I want to say the food was fantastic, a good selection, quality ingredients and beautifully cooked and presented. However, we were there for over THREE HOURS. The restaurant was far from full, but there was only one poor waitress on duty. When we complained, she said she would send her manager over, but he never appeared. On paying the bill, no discount was offered. Even after, finding the manager and making him aware other the situation . We will not be back, and will not be recommending again. Such a shame..
