"We cancelled but kept getting reminders"

We had booked Sunday Lunch there but we called in on Friday night and asked if they had tables now? Answer was quite rude. If you haven't booked there is no space. Looking around the resturant it had 2 couples only and probably 10 empty tables. Surprised at that reply we had a drink and went for a curry instead. I cancelled the table for Sunday but kept getting confirmation emails.
