"Disappointed & underwhelmed"

Warm & friendly welcome in the bar. Starter ordered to be shared, the main meal was brought out whilst we were still finishing our starter. The chicken dish with French beans, spinach , tenderstem broccoli & olives …was served with olives & ? Caveli Nero leaf..no explanation on ordering this dish that the sides stated on the menu were missing, & when queried as it was presented, no satisfactory explanation was provided apart from” what do you want me to do about it”. The cost of a glass of wine was deducted but service charge added! Which we declined to pay., as the meal was not as ordered.we had intended to dine again on the Saturday as we were staying in the village in a friends house, as a result of this experience we found alternative arrangements.
