"Disappointing "

I ordered the roasted goat cheese and butternut squash salad. Very disappointing as the butternut squash was not diced. It was cut in sections the outer skin was not removed and a lot of the pumpkin seeds were included. There was goats cheese two small slices and two strips of thin rind. There was no salad other than a whole spring onion wilted plonked on top of the butternut squash. Some pea shuts and a smothering of oil dressing over the whole meal. For the price I expected diced roasted butternut squash with no seeds or outer skin. Mixed green salad to compliment the dish and a decent portion of goats cheese. All lightly tossed in a suitable dressing.
The staff were friendly but casual in their approach to paying customers. Service lacked the expected finesse I expect from a hotel dining experience.
