The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Excellent food and service"

Although restaurant had run out of my first choice of sea bass, the goats' cheese and roasted butternut squash salad was excellent.
The staff were lovely, were attentive, but not pushy and we stayed way beyond our booked in time being a first meet up with friend since covid lockdowns.
This is my favourite place to eat in Stafford and I will be back.
