The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Quality food, slow service."

Our food was of good quality and our first order was taken promptly. However, the restaurant was understaffed which led to us having to seek out staff to get a desert menu and take our desert order and a lengthy wait for all of the food to be delivered to the table. Would also have liked the phone to be answered rather than offering a ring back.
