"Staff friendly food good room needs much improvement and I wouldn’t stay in that room again "

The mattress was so soft my back went and I crawled out of bed in pain and took most of the morning to recover. The shower handles were stiff to turn and impossible when wet do I had to use a towel to grip to turn off. The wall was so thin that the snoring of the man in the next room and his continual turning and banging of the bed head against a the wall felt as if he was in the room too. The showeroom is so tiny needs a sliding door so that it can be reconfigured. I spoke to the receptionist about these points when I checked out. The bed is due a new mattress as she knew it was soft.
