"Disappointing considering the price point"

Lovely old character hotel let down by lacklustre food and service and not quite as dog friendly as claimed. Maybe a staffing issue on the night of our stay but we were parked away from the main eating area (with our dog), left unattended and waiting for food, then the roasts when arrived were dry and underwhelming, possibly having been cooked hours before.
