The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Poor"

Dinner lukewarm at best and lady running the restaurant very abrupt and said”no one else has complained!” Then told waitress “deal with this” no apology nothing poor waitress apologised but it was the manager who brought the food out. We have used the swan for large bookings in the past but afraid will not do so again. Sat on table 1 with all the doors open on a cold day not comfortable either.
