"Quality of the food and service was poor"

Quality of the main course was poor. My husband ordered the pork belly. The chef burnt the plum sauce and replaced with gravy which didn’t go with the sticky rice and the dish. When it arrived , the gravy was lumpy. The chicken dish was greasy where the sauce had split and had puddles of grease. It should have been stuffed with cheese but it wasn’t. The £120 bill felt over priced for the quality of food. The waiting staff were none existent at the end. We sat with plates in front of us for 25 minutes- we had to call someone over for the bill, then get up to pay at reception as no one was around. Our plates were still on the table. We haven’t been for a while and it was disappointing experience.
