"Great food but very big drkay"

A really fabulous Sunday lunch - we were warned as we sat the wait was 40 mins or so- in fact it was an hour and ten. Luckily we were having a free day so time wasn’t an issue however on another occasion it might not have been so easy. We had booked days in advance and were punctual, so it seemed odd that they were so behind. The food and staff in the restaurant really were great and worked so hard. The staff and service in the coffee area rather poor and slow with very sloppy ( literally- drinks swilling as they were plonked in the table) service. A real shame, it used to be great!
