"Long waits and lack of drinks "

Booked festive afternoon tea, we were seated and advised it was unlimited drinks and food would be with us shortly.
Got a drink and then waited 35 minutes for food that when it arrived was like it had been taken straight out the freezer. Had to chase staff down for a second drink but again took nearly another half an hour to arrive.
A very disappointing outing!!
