"Service extremely slow, but food good"

A 1.75hr wait for food was mittigated by not being charged for food order. Sunday lunch, when it finally came, was of the usual high standard. The wine chosen was excellent and very good value. Service was always polite and friendly and we were warned at first of 30mins, then 45mins delay which did become nearly 2hrs! Waiting staff were most apologetic about the delays from the kitchen - it can't be easy for them.
