"Slow Service"

We were very disappointed with the slow service we received. The waiting staff were working really hard to try and keep all guests happy but it was clear to see there was a massive issue in the kitchen. We expected a full menu selection as advertised on your website to be told only Sunday Roasts and a handful of other dishes available and that you had run out of some starters too.
The food was edible but not to the standard we expected and have had before
When paying the bill we asked what the issue was to be told that you were a chef short that evening and also that you were preparing for Xmas Day
