"The most Unpleasant experience "

I bought my entire family to The Swan Restaurant (party of 5) for a meal on Boxing Day. It was our first visit (definitely the last as well) to this restaurant. The first person whom we ask was a miserable, unpleasant, non welcoming person who shouldn’t be allowed on the reception area. No smile or a welcome word, sarcastic and irritating person. Only to find out that she is the manager of the restaurant. If we didn’t had advance payment for our meal we would have walked out. The beef we have order was the toughest beef. My 92 year old father in law could hardly chew the beef. It was the most horrible experience we ever had. In fairness, some of the staff who served us was nice and pleasant except for that manager. Also, my other half accidentally left his mobile phone on our table as we were rushing to get out from that place and nobody call our attention that we’ve left something. No hand over or what so ever.
