The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Poor Service Again !!"

Tried once more to give the Swan the benefit of the doubt after our last visit, but nothing had changed ! Service was really poor again, to the extent that this time all the waiters / waitress's disappeared for over 1 hour and we had to go to the bar for our own drinks. Obviously short staffed, so Coaching Inns need to sort this asap or they will find that their reputation has been destroyed.
