The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Great food in a great atmosphere."

Our meal at the Swan Hotel was fabulous. There was nothing on the menu that I wouldn’t eat which made for a challenging selection. I opted for the belly pork and my wife had the sea bass. Both were fabulously cooked and presented. The deserts also didn’t fail to please, pear/apple crumble with custard and white chocolate créme brûlée.
We had coffee in the bar afterwards which was accompanied by a few maltesers which was a lovely touch.
We will certainly eat here again whenever we’re back in Stafford.
