The Swan Hotel, Stafford

"Great experience "

It was easy to book our table online which was great. On arrival my mother is disabled but we had disabled parking to the rear of the property and a flat easy access to the venue which put my mum’s mind at ease.

The venue itself is warm and welcoming with cosy seating areas and pleasant decor, very clean.

The staff in the restaurant sat us immediately even though we did arrive quite early. All the dining room staff were very polite and atty. the deputy manager Steve spent a particularly long time sorting out the straps correctly on a high chair for my grandson, he was Pathan’s chatty and very kind.

Our food was delivered quickly it was well presented (I had roast parsnip risotto with chicken added as ext) the food was hot and delicious.

Our evening was so lovely and we would definitely recommend the visit to anyone thinking of dining there.

I would suggest that there should be either a mention to guests or more signs up to remind guests that that they require a token from the bar to excite car park, as we were not aware, luckily a gentleman behind us at the barrier had a spare token and gave this to us allowing us to exit.
